Welcome to Zinda. By accessing or using the Zinda mobile application or web app (collectively, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Zinda is a Bible storytelling application that provides access to biblical stories, audio content, videos, and study materials in multiple languages. The App is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
Zinda is intended for users of all ages. The App does not require account registration and does not collect personal information. Parents and guardians are encouraged to guide children in their use of the App.
When using the App, you agree not to:
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to NPL Software Foundation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content outside of the App without prior written permission.
The App may contain links to or embed content from third-party services, including YouTube videos. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party content is subject to those parties' terms and policies.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPL Software Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
